Free Books, What? (It’s a Giveaway.)

Yep, you read that right. I’m giving away a couple copies of Weeks and Days. (Two copies, to be exact. They’ll both be autographed hardcovers.)

You can enter the giveaway any time between now and April 6 at 11:59 pm. I meant to have it end April 5, but I guess I can’t do math, so…

I’m running the giveaway through Goodreads, which means you have to be a Goodreads member to enter. If you’re not a member, don’t despair–signing up is free, quick, and painless. You also need to have a US mailing address, although that’s my requirement, not Goodreads’, because as much as I would like to be able to, international shipping is expensive and I can’t really afford to spend $27×2 to mail books around the world. I’m sorry–hopefully in the future I’ll be able to do another giveaway that’s open worldwide (or at least open a little wider).

And, if I may, I’d like to ask that if you have friends/family/coworkers who read, please tell them about this. I have a horrible fear that no one’s going to enter the giveaway at all. (Okay, I don’t really think this will happen, because I suspect there are people who make a habit of regularly entering Goodreads giveaways. (Which is fine, and that’s why I’m hosting the giveaway there instead of here on my website.) Still, I’m not sure the number of people who will want to enter this giveaway, and I’d like to at least have enough entries not to embarrass myself.) Right now, based on the current number of entries, there’s a pretty good chance of winning.
